Just had the 2nd refund. It was for the Wolves game on 27 Sep. A bit slow but at least it's happening.

I got an email asking if I wanted a refund as either club cash or back to my card, I chose back to my card, which was done via an online form
Of course they don't reply confirming receipt of said form, if it was done by email alone then I would have proof of sent form

The number is 0333, which is charged the same as 01 or 02. That's all I'm saying.
When did you CHOOSE a refund though? Didn't we just have to do nothing if we wanted a refund?

Ball, 0871 calls are not local on my plan, I get that you like to defend them on just about everything, so why don't you address the main point of my post, that is, thanking me for choosing club cash, when I specifically asked for it to go back on my card?

I got an email today saying the refund has been processed and I should get it within 5 days. Went on to try and persuade me to take it as club cash.
Can't be both can it? Clearly hasn't been processed. Covering themselves by using the word 'should'. What happened to good old fashioned 'will'?

Just got an email thanking me for choosing club cash as my refund after I had SPECIFICALLY asked for it to go back to my card.
Are these cunts trying it on, or they just that fucking thick?
Had to call them on their overpriced phone number, of course they couldn't help me but someone would get back to me, yeah right

I’m having the cash refund but 10% bonus to take it as club cash is a reasonable deal if you intend spending in the store or getting a season ticket next year.
I was in the store today. The 3rd kit shirt looks ok, pricey at the moment but will drop like a stone after Christmas.

10% CLUB CASH OFFER
We can confirm that you will receive your pro-rata refund for the 2020/21 Premier League opening match against Newcastle United in the coming days, or alternatively you can choose to take advantage of a new Club Cash offer instead.
With fixtures currently being played without supporters present, in line with Government guidelines and social distancing measures still in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days of each fixture as part of our pledge to Season Ticket Holders who chose option one or two when renewing.

I reckon they’ll be chasing you up on that in the next week or so.
I had fully renewed using club cash and an unexplained voucher of £470
Club contacted us today explaining it was an error and asked for the remaining £470, so I took the 30% option.

Doubt they will start the trials again in the winter.
Can see March when the weather is better as a possibility & suspect our 70% capacity to trigger those that have taken the 30% option won’t happen at all this season.
In the meantime those not socially distanced at football grounds will be free to roam in crowds in shopping centres like Westfield
Expect we will start to see more lower league clubs go to the wall very shortly
